When Should We Bow During Mass?

A caller named Mary Lou tells Father Dave that she wants to bow respectfully, but doesn't know when the correct time to bow is, since she sees people bowing at many different times during Mass. Father Dave explains that we only bow during the Eucharist prayer if we are standing during the elevation of the Eucharist, but most parishes kneel.
